Job Responsibilities 

​

1. Application of the Law on Technical Requirements for the products (LTRP) and the regulatory acts related to it;

​

2. Monitoring and inspection of products, placed on the market and / or into commissioning, for which there are essential requirements under the regulations as per art. 7 of the LTRP and energy consuming products subject to the eco-design requirements pursuant to the measures as per Art. 26a of the LTRP;

​

3. Inspection on declarations for conformity, declarations of performance and technical dossier (technical documentation);

​

4. Giving proposals samples and / or examples  to be taken for testing the products put on the market and / or into commissioning;

​

5. Giving proposals for drawing up of Orders under Art. 30a, par.2 with regards to products with evident inconformity to the essential requirements and / or the requirements for eco-design, established through measurement, visual inspection and / or organoleptic testing, under the provisions of Art. 30a, par. 2 of the LTRP;

​

6. Participation in joint inspections with other administrative branches and institutions;

​

7. Issuing of Statements of Administrative Offence under LTRP and other activities related to implementation of the measures of market surveillance.
