On 25.11.2022, the company "Parushev - Consult" LTD signed a memorandum of cooperation and partnership with the largest non-university scientific educational center Ruvex "Center for Professional Training" in the Republic of Bulgaria.
With the signing of their signatures, Mr. Plamen Parushev, founder, owner and manager of "Parushev - Consult" LTD and Mrs. Milena Lukanova, director of Ruvex "Center for Vocational Training", start joint cooperation in the field of the scientific and educational process for applying and acquisition of new knowledge, understanding and skills in the field of Market Surveillance, e-commerce and KZP issues.
With the conclusion of the memorandum, the increased interest in the courses on market supervision, e-commerce and on KZP issues, led by Mr. Plamen Parushev, the founder of the courses in the Republic of Bulgaria, is confirmed.
A memorandum of cooperation between the Department of Economic Sociology and Parushev-Consult LTD was concluded on October 27, 2021. The document was signed by the Head of the Department of Economic Sociology at the University of National and World Economy Assoc. Prof. Dr. Andrey Nonchev and Eng. Plamen Parushev - on behalf of Parushev - Consult ”LTD. A memorandum of cooperation between the Academy of Economics "Dimitar A. Tsenov" and "Parushev - Consult" LTD was concluded on 09.06.2021. The document was signed by the Rector Prof. Dr. Mariana Bozhinova and Eng. Plamen Parushev - on behalf of "Parushev - Consult" LTD. During the signing, steps and ways to implement the strategic partnership were discussed.

A memorandum of cooperation between the University of Economics - Varna and „Parushev – Consult” LTD was concluded on April 21, 2021. The document was signed by the Rector Prof. Dr. Evgeni Stanimirov and Eng. Plamen Parushev - on behalf of „Parushev – Consult” LTD. The meeting was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sabka Pashova - Head of the Department of Commodity Science. Steps for the implementation of the partnership were discussed, as the management of the University of Economics - Varna expressed confidence that the activities referred to in the memorandum will support the learning process of students and in particular in disciplines of the curriculum „Commodity and Customs” and „Quality and examination of the goods”.
